Our summer rates are for double occupancy. We pro-rate room rates for a single guest as well as for a third guest in a room, please inquire. Rates are different for each room reflecting the amenities. All rooms have private bath with showers. Because of the increased demand for lodging during the prime vacation months - June - July - August - the sooner you confirm reservations the better your chance to gain a desired date and particular room. Rates and rooms are subject to change and availability. 11.7% rooms tax additional. Family rates are available. |

The Carriage House
The separate second level, apartment suite
in the Carriage House is rented by the week
from July through Columbus Day weekend.
With two bedrooms and a pull-out couch,
The Carriage House comfortably sleeps six guests.
Private quarters and fully furnished. $1600 per week.

3 Bedroom Cottage
Private cottage with a side yard, located at the back of the property. Available weekly during the in-season at $2000 plus tax. Also available off season for short of long term rental. Daily made service and breakfast are not included.

Reservation Policies
Summer Reservation Minimums:
Two night stay required for weekends in July and August. Three nights are requested on Holiday Weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day & Columbus Day.
Discounts: Stays of 5+ days - discounted 10%.
Deposit: A deposit of $100.00 is required to hold your reservation
Payment: Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover,) checks and cash are accepted.
Pets: Sorry we do not accommodate pets.
Cancellations: Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable, unless the room can be re-rented. If re-rented, only a $25 service fee will be assessed. Cancellation 2 weeks or more prior to your arrival returns your deposit, less a $25 service fee.
Gift Certificates: Pleasant Street Inn gift certificates make memorable vacation and weekend getaway gifts. They can be used at anytime. Please inquire.
Non-Smoking Policy: The Inn's non-smoking policy is for the comfort and safety of all guests and your Innkeepers. |
